We managed to gather 424 participants from the southern regions of Ukraine, including Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kherson and Zaporizhzhya.
In the webinar, we looked at the impressive results of our participants, discussed the challenges they faced and found ways to solve them. We also discussed new opportunities and resources that will help the development and support of communities in the field of animal husbandry in southern Ukraine.
One of the key topics of our meeting was the discussion of educational courses for micro and small farms. We aim to provide the necessary skills and qualifications to help farmers adapt quickly and be successful on an ongoing basis.
The offline meeting took place thanks to the support of our partner - the president of the Odesa National University of Technology, Mr. Bohdan Egorov. We discussed prospects for cooperation and shared ideas for further development of the industry.
An important result of the project was the need to create associations of farmers for effective joint activities. We emphasized the importance of cooperation and clustering in the agricultural sector, using the experience of European countries as a foundation. Such a model contributes to the optimization of resources, the creation of a complete production chain and the reduction of costs.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us! Don't miss our upcoming initiatives - together we are taking significant steps towards the recovery and development of our communities!
